Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to KORD.ch, a social publishing, media storage and Agent API service operated by Aenze s.r.o.

Agreement and business use

These Terms form an agreement between Aenze s.r.o., Moskevska 1842, 272 04 Kladno, Czech Republic, company ID 28534395, and the person or organization using KORD.ch. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, connecting a channel, creating an API token or using the service, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.

KORD is designed primarily for businesses, professionals and organizations. If you accept these Terms for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable consumer rights.

The service

KORD.ch provides workspace-based planning, media storage, review, scheduling, publishing, analytics snapshots and scoped API access. Features and supported provider capabilities may vary by plan, provider approval, account type and third-party API availability.

A free trial may be offered without requiring a payment card. Trial features, quotas or provider access can be limited, and the service may become read-only or unavailable when the trial ends unless the owner subscribes.

Accounts, workspaces and authority

You must provide accurate information, protect sign-in links and credentials, and promptly remove people who should no longer have access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, workspace and API tokens unless caused by KORD's breach of these Terms.

Workspace owners and admins control memberships, roles, connected profiles, approval rules, API token scopes and billing. They must have authority to connect each social profile and to instruct KORD to process and publish the workspace's content.

One organization may manage multiple client or brand workspaces only with the necessary permission from each client or brand. Tenant boundaries and channel IDs must not be bypassed or reused across unrelated workspaces.

Customer content and publishing

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant KORD and its subprocessors a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, copy, transform, preview, transmit and otherwise process that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service and follow your instructions.

You are responsible for rights, releases, accuracy, disclosures, audience settings and legal compliance of all content and publishing instructions. Review previews and target social profiles before approval. KORD does not guarantee that a provider will accept, display, retain or distribute a post exactly as previewed.

Published-post deletion depends on provider capability. For a post on a supported provider, KORD first requests deletion from the social platform and deletes the KORD record only after confirmed success. Multi-profile posts and providers without verified deletion support must be removed with the provider's controls; KORD keeps their publishing record as evidence.

Connected social platforms

Each connected platform has separate terms, privacy rules, API policies, rate limits and moderation decisions. By connecting or using a platform, you also agree to its applicable terms. Provider outages, restrictions, review-mode limits and API changes may delay or prevent publishing without creating a breach by KORD.

If you use YouTube through KORD, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google may update or revoke access under its own rules. You may revoke KORD access in Google Account permissions and request deletion as explained in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

Agent API and automation

Workspace API tokens are credentials. Give each agent the minimum scopes and specific social profiles required, and rotate or revoke a token when it is no longer needed or may have been exposed.

A Quick connection token may be copied once into the intended new private agent task only after the user accepts the displayed risk warning. Available expiries are 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days and 90 days. A user may choose 30 or 90 days only after separately accepting the increased exposure risk. Quick tokens can never be non-expiring. Do not place the confidential block in a public or shared chat, repository, screenshot, log or generated file, and revoke it when the task is complete.

A secure connection token is provided separately for storage in the agent's secret manager, encrypted credential field or KORD_WORKSPACE_API_TOKEN environment variable. Secure tokens, especially long-lived or non-expiring tokens, must never be placed in a prompt or chat. A non-expiring token is available only to a workspace owner after fresh authentication and explicit acknowledgement and remains valid until revoked.

Draft access is the default agent workflow. Scheduling and immediate publishing require elevated scopes, selected profiles, the user's workspace permission and any applicable approval policy. Every elevated agent action must use KORD's prepare and confirmation flow for the exact profiles, content, media and time. You are responsible for agents and tools you authorize, including their instructions and the actions they perform with issued tokens.

KORD may enforce request, upload, storage, publishing and concurrency limits to preserve security and availability. Do not split traffic across accounts, workspaces or tokens to evade a limit.

AI-assisted features

Agent-generated drafts, classifications and recommendations can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. They are not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing facts, rights, claims, brand rules and platform compliance before use.

External agents and model services are normally contracted and paid by the customer. Public KORD plans cover the publishing workspace and the allowances shown in Checkout, not third-party agent usage.

Plans, trial and billing

Current self-service paid-beta monthly prices are €9.90 for Starter and €39 for Studio. Agency remains a closed pilot and requires a separate written order. The price, currency, taxes, renewal interval and plan allowances displayed in Checkout or a signed order control if they differ from this summary.

New public subscriptions may be offered in EUR, USD, CZK, GBP, CHF, PLN or CAD at the fixed local price shown before Checkout. An active subscription keeps its selected billing currency; changing currency may require cancelling it and starting a new subscription. KORD does not silently convert an active recurring charge.

A 14-day free trial, where offered, requires no payment card and creates no payment charge. A subscription begins only when the account owner completes Checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected interval until cancelled.

Displayed public prices are business prices before tax. Checkout collects the billing location and can collect a business VAT ID. Applicable VAT is added unless a qualifying VAT ID and the transaction's jurisdictions permit reverse charge or another exemption. The final tax and recurring total shown in Checkout control. You authorize the payment provider to collect recurring plan and add-on fees. We may restrict paid features after failed payment, chargeback, expired trial or inactive subscription.

Existing founding-beta accounts keep their separately agreed legacy price and storage model until the owner changes plan or the parties agree otherwise.

Allowances, provider availability and media storage

Each plan includes the workspace, active social profile, member, monthly posts sent and managed storage limits shown before purchase. One post sent to one social profile counts as one post; sending one post to five profiles counts as five posts. KORD-internal retries of the same accepted post do not count again.

When the monthly posts-sent allowance is reached, new posts pause until the allowance resets or the plan changes. KORD does not impose an undisclosed per-post overage charge.

Initial self-service paid-beta provider availability is listed on the KORD pricing page and in the publishing context. YouTube and X are not included in the initial self-service offer while they are marked Coming soon. KORD does not sell a public X credit pack until X is customer-ready. Existing customers with a separate written or legacy allowance retain only the provider access and limits shown in their Billing account or order.

Public plans use fixed storage capacity. Optional recurring add-ons currently add 25 GB or 100 GB at the price shown in the subscription's selected currency. Billing shows the resulting total capacity before Checkout. Near capacity KORD warns the workspace; after the displayed grace is exhausted, new uploads are blocked while existing media and already accepted scheduled posts remain available.

Plan allowances and technical fair-use limits are per billing account and may not be pooled, resold or circumvented unless a written order says otherwise.

Cancellation, refunds and plan changes

The owner can cancel through the billing portal or contact support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and stops renewal; it does not itself delete workspace data. A plan or recurring add-on change applies after successful prorated billing. Reducing storage or posts-sent capacity is blocked when current stored media or reserved posts do not fit the proposed allowance.

Stripe can create a prorated charge or invoice credit when a plan or add-on changes during a billing period. Unused allowances are not cash balances. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise or KORD confirms a billing error, cancellation and non-use do not create a separate refund right. The Cancellation and Refunds policy explains how to submit a request.

We may change future prices or plan allowances with reasonable advance notice. A change applies no earlier than the next renewal after the stated effective date, unless required immediately by law, tax or a third-party charge outside our reasonable control. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

Acceptable use and suspension

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and connected-platform rules. We may rate limit, quarantine a job, disconnect credentials, remove access or suspend a workspace when reasonably necessary to stop abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment or harm to KORD, a customer or a third party.

Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. We may act immediately when delay could cause harm, violate law or compromise a provider integration.

Availability and changes to the service

We aim to operate KORD reliably, but no uptime service level applies unless a separate written agreement states one. Maintenance, incidents, force majeure, third-party outages and platform review processes may interrupt or change features.

We may add, modify or retire features. If a change materially removes a core paid function during a current term, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice, a replacement workflow or an appropriate remedy required by law.

Intellectual property and feedback

KORD, its interface, software, documentation and branding are owned by the operator or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during an active trial or subscription.

If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you or disclose confidential information without permission.

Confidentiality and data protection

Each party will protect the other's non-public business information using reasonable care and use it only for the agreement. This does not cover information that is public without breach, already known lawfully, independently developed or required to be disclosed by law.

The Privacy Policy applies when KORD acts as controller. The online Data Processing Addendum forms part of these Terms when KORD processes customer personal data as processor.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KORD is provided as available and without implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant social-platform approval, reach, engagement, moderation outcomes or preservation of content held by a third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or loss caused by a connected provider. KORD's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid or payable for the affected account during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

The exclusions and cap do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited, including intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or infringement of the other party's intellectual property or confidentiality rights.

Termination and data access

Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not cured within a reasonable period after notice, or immediately where cure is impossible, continued use is unlawful, or an account creates urgent security risk. You may stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time.

Before termination or workspace deletion, export content you need and resolve scheduled jobs. After termination we may restrict access and delete data according to the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum and legal retention duties.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms for legal, security or product changes. Material changes will be dated and, where reasonably possible, notified before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel before the change applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator's registered office will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law grants another forum.
